How do I cancel?

If you would like to cancel your ad package subscription, please contact our Customer Success Team 3 days prior to your billing date. Our Customer Success Team can be reached at 866-912-7090 from Monday – Friday, 7AM to 4 PM Pacific Time, email customersuccess@datasphere.com or submit a request.

Please be sure to have your Account ID available when you call.
