Our websites are fully functional, publicly-facing web pages that can have a unique .com domain of your choosing, all managed in-house by our premier Multimedia Producers. If you have one of our advertising packages, your website and domain name are fully included with your account at no additional charge.
To view the status of your website, first log in to your dashboard. From the Overview page, click the purple tile in the lower-right that reads either Choose Your Website Variation or Manage My Website.
- If the tile reads Choose Your Website Variation, then you will begin the process of creating your website by selecting your preferred layout from our templates. These templates can be customized with your business’ photos, colors, and text later in the process, so we recommend selecting a template based primarily on your preferred layout on the Home page.
- If the purple tile reads Manage My Website, then your producer has already begun the process of building your website for you. You will be directed to your Website Manager page, where you will see either one or two buttons to See Preview Website or Visit Live Website, with a comment section where you can correspond with your producer about changes you need on your site.
At this time, our websites are strictly templated in their layout, but your producer can partner with you to update the text, colors, images, special offers, or outside links you need to include. They can include a Products/Services page, and About page with short employee biographies, a Special Offers page, an image Gallery, a Testimonials page, and a Contact page. Our websites are also mobile optimized, so they will be easy for your viewers to navigate on their phones or mobile devices.
Please note that after your producer completes your preview website and notifies you via email, you will have ten (10) days to review the preview site and request changes before your website will automatically go live. If you feel that you will need more time to complete the changes, let your producer know as soon as possible so they can extend our system’s auto-approve deadline. They can also make changes upon request after your website goes live at any time.
We also offer complimentary .com domain names with each of our websites. If you need a custom domain name for your website, let your producer know and we will check its availability. We will also ask you about preferred domain names during your consultation call. If you have your own web domain already but would like to show the website we built for you over it, click here for detailed instructions for how to update your site with your current webmaster, and then let your producer know the domain name you need the site to appear on. The site will appear once these steps are completed and your website is approved. If you prefer not to have a unique domain name for this site, we will convert this site into a landing page, to which we will direct viewers who click on any of your ads.
If you do not wish to have one of our websites or landing pages, let your producer or one of our reps know, and we will remove the site for you.
