How do I upload images?

To upload images for your video, first access your video manager page.  From the homepage of your dashboard, click on the red Manage my Video tile.

If you have a YouTube Preroll video as part of your account, you will be directed to a page where you can select whether you would like to manage your video montage or your YouTube preroll video.

Click the corresponding blue button for the video you would like to upload photos for.  If you do not have a YouTube preroll video with your account, you will be automatically directed to your video montage manager.

Below your video script or video viewer, there is a section titled My Uploads.  On the right-hand side of this panel, there is a gray button that reads Upload Images.

Click this button, and in the following pup-up panel, click Select media.

You will be shown a new window in which you can choose to upload your own images from your computer's files or choose images from our pre-approved stock image gallery.  Once you have selected the images you would like to use, click the blue Next or Submit button to return to the previous Upload Images panel, then click Save & Close to upload your images to your video manager.

We strongly recommend using clean, unedited images that are at least 640 x 480 pixels, landscape oriented, to ensure that your video maintains its high quality.  At this time, our system can only accept .PNG, .JPG, and .GIF file types.  If your image is in a different format, be sure to let your producer know in a comment to receive further instructions on how to transfer your image to them for use in your video.
